Shipping Policy

 

We (Rockin’ Robins) will arrange for the products you purchase to be delivered to the delivery address you specify during the checkout process. We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver your products on or before the date for delivery set out in the order confirmation or, if no date is set out in the order confirmation, within 7 days following the date of the order confirmation; however, we do not guarantee delivery by this date. We will only deliver products to addresses in the UK. Deliveries to non-mainland addresses may require an additional delivery charge. Current delivery charges are £6.00 and will be delivered via Royal Mail.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

 

Please note that refunds will not be issued for any service/product or event if you fail to show up or instructions clearly stated on a product page are not met. Refunds will only be processed if the event is cancelled by the organiser or the artist in the event of a rescheduled date not being possible. 

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

All Prices are quoted in UK Pounds (£) and include all Taxes but are subject to a booking/shipping fee. Payment will only be accepted in UK Pounds (£). All payments will be processed in the UK.
